Friends
This is just a short list of my friends who like to write about their lives and publish it on the net:
- Sean Chiang — He’s my little brother in Taiwan. Most of the Chinese I know is from hanging out at the local motorcycle shop, and writing code with this guy.
- Harald Welte — The man with only black shirts and the GUI made of nothing but terminals. His work with free software (both from a coding and legal standard) should be an inspiration for all of us.
- Mickey Lauer — Another one of the those coding geniuses, but with the refined style only a German possesses. Working with this guy on a user interface is like taping into a gold mine of ideas.
- Bunnie Huang — I’ve been able to see this guy’s work first hand through the evolution of his latest project Chumby. This is one talented hardware hacker.
- Matthew Allum — I hardly know Matthew, but perhaps it was our skateboarding pasts that made me feel like a met a long lost friend. Anyways, his company OpenedHand is, IMHO, the most talented open source company in the world.
